The Crossroads House is a Genesee County program we also support.
Here is some more information on the Crossroads House:
- an alternative to a hospital or nursing home stay when care can no longer be provided in a patient's own home
- a home filled with love and support, with staff providing care to those who have been medically determined to be in the last three months of their lives

Crossroads House Admissions ...
Admission is based solely on need, regardless of religion, age, sex or race. Each resident must be under the care of a certified home health care agency for proper medical care and case management.
A prospective resident currently living in Genesee or Wyoming County may apply at any time. Crossroads House is able to provide for two residents at one time.
